On the day of your arrival, you will be welcomed by Vincent, the founder of ACT Motion. He will introduce you to the team and give you a tour of the offices. This will be followed by the provision of equipment and the verification of your access and permissions. For proper organization, you will also receive an overview of all the administrative procedures that apply to each employee. And let’s not forget the essential team lunch for more conviviality.


ACT Motion places great importance on providing its consultants with high-performance equipment. As an exclusive partner of Microsoft, ACT Motion equips its employees with Microsoft Surface laptops with touchscreens.


In order to allow everyone to better manage their transportation constraints (and client imperatives), the following time slots have been established:

  • Arrival at the workplace must occur between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM
  • The lunch break must be taken between 12:00 PM and 2:30 PM
  • Departure from the workplace must occur between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM

The weekly working time, its duration, and its distribution are defined in the employment contract of each employee.

You have the possibility to work remotely for up to 2 days per week. Except for consultants on assignment, who must comply with the client’s telecommuting policies.

There is no catering service. A microwave is available for those who wish to bring and heat up their meal. The company is located next to St Lazare station, where you will find many restaurants just steps away from the offices. ACT Motion subsidizes up to 60% of your dematerialized meal vouchers through the Swile card.

Each consultant is required to master several technologies. Depending on your current level, you will be required to obtain Microsoft certifications, which are a mark of quality for our clients. ACT Motion provides you with a set of e-learning tools to support you throughout your learning journey. Upon arrival, training objectives will be defined, and a colleague consultant will be assigned to you as a mentor.

There is no specific rule. However, every employee is expected to have appropriate and decent attire at all times. When our consultants are on assignment with a client, they must adhere to the client’s dress code (for example: wearing a tie is still widely practiced in the finance world). As Ambassadors of the company, our consultants are expected to convey an image of quality and respect.

As a consulting and service company, our employees are required to maintain strict neutrality and discretion. They acknowledge being bound by the utmost professional secrecy regarding the affairs of ACT Motion and its clients, of which they may become aware in the course of their duties. Our employees are committed to respecting the confidentiality obligations specific to the clients they serve.
